I wrote this piece for a client specializing in creating and maintaining websites for small towns; I detailed their services and process while emphasizing the importance of inspiring confidence in users with a quality, official online presence. Since the users would almost certainly be visiting the site on behalf of their respective municipality or county, I explained that their town’s website presents opportunities for town growth, community pride, and serving their residents.
